The Exchange is an open-air Old Town district built around a central plaza, patios, green space, food, and small local businesses. It gives FoCo Mahjong room to turn an ordinary evening into a visible neighborhood pop-up.
Open Play here is intentionally easy: know the basic game, reserve the session, and meet the tables outside. Social Club members play free; everyone else pays the small listed fee.
